WaterColor

Annwyn has been fascinated with the fine arts her entire life, being an avid crafter as a child she wanted more. When she reached high school she was enthralled with graphic design, again wanting more than the basics she began creating art with her computer. After winning First Place in the Arizona State High School Digital Art Contest she enrolled in Northern Arizona University. After 2 semesters of graphic design she fell in love with the Fine Arts, where she worked with stone lithograph, clay, steel, silver casting, jewelry, drawing, and painting. In the early years Annwyn worked with pencil, charcoal, chalk pastels, and conté sticks. She now focuses on Watercolor art and dabbles here and there with acrylics. Her art is focuses on the beauty of the female form, water spirits, mermaids, Avalon and witchcraft.

Henna

Often times called “Henna Tattoo,” Mehndi is the beautiful art of applying Henna paste in a intricate design on to the skin. Used for 1000’s of years Henna has been applied to hair and skin for a beautiful, natural dye that ranges from red to golden brown. When applied to skin Henna has a temporary effect creating a design that lasts for weeks. Annwyn has been working with Henna for longer than she can remember. Annwyn free hands all Henna artwork, though basic designs are available, custom art is preferred.
